Tariffs

All tariffs are inclusive of any applicable government taxes or charges. Tariffs are subject to change without notice.

Deposits

A deposit of $200 ($500 extra for peak period) is required within 7 days to confirm the booking. Balance of account is payable on arrival.

Unit Allocation

All effort will be made by Management to place guests in a requested unit. Where circumstances beyond our control prevents this, an alternative unit will be allocated.

Cancellations

Bookings cancelled 14 days or over prior to occupancy will attract a $50 administration fee. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to occupancy and where the apartment cannot be let for the same period there will be no refund.

Payment

We accept all credit cards, cheques and cash.

Sorry pets are not permitted on the premises.
